DMS Topline Medical specializes in patient monitoring and systems monitoring; telemetry monitoring; defibrillators and AEDs; electrocardiographs (EKGs); fetal monitoring; anesthesia Vital Signs and Airway gas monitoring; Ultrasound systems and probes; in addition to biomedical parts, supplies, service and consulting related to those product areas. DMS Topline Medical has also expanded into diagnostic imaging parts, including CT, MRI, PET/CT, X-Ray and Vascular parts. How does DMS Topline Medical prepare the equipment sold?

All equipment and parts sold by DMS Topline Medical are cleaned, tested, calibrated and made patient-ready unless specifically indicated otherwise. Equipment is sold complete with the accessories needed to place the equipment into operation upon delivery, including new batteries and operator's manuals for most equipment. Disposable or consumable items may be provided, depending on the type and quantity required; however, customers are typically responsible for acquiring and providing disposable items (disposable electrodes, printer paper, disposable sensors, etc.) to be used with DMS Topline Medical's equipment.

Does Topline Medical buy used equipment?

DMS Topline Medical's history and experience allows us to purchase equipment from hospitals, clinics, physician practices, surgery centers, dealers or brokers, or other sources such as lease returns, manufacturers, etc. Equipment purchases are dependent on a variety of factors: current inventory levels; the model and type of equipment; the configuration and condition of the equipment; accessories included with the device; market values for the equipment; and similar considerations. Ask us for a quotation to buy your equipment that is no longer needed. If we cannot provide you with a quotation, we will make every effort to refer you to someone who can.

Does DMS Topline Medical provide technical support?

DMS Topline Medical provides technical support at no-charge to our customers. If the product or service needed is not available from DMS Topline Medical, we will make every effort to refer our customers to a trusted business or individual who can help.

Does DMS Topline Medical provide warranties for sold equipment?

We provide warranties on all equipment sold by DMS Topline Medical. The warranty period for dealer sales is typically 30-90 days, depending on the product. Clinical customer and end-user warranties are typically 90-days up to 1-year, depending on the product and application. Warranty repairs or replacement items are handled directly by DMS Topline Medical in most instances. Extended warranties or service contracts are available for an additional charge for most equipment. Since DMS Topline Medical's equipment is prepared and sold in patient-ready condition, the need for longer warranty periods is typically unnecessary, as longer warranty often translates into higher pricing. DMS Topline Medical's prices are very competitive with industry dealers and brokers, even many that do not prepare the equipment in patient-ready condition the way DMS Topline Medical does.

What do I need to do if the equipment I bought from DMS Topline Medical develops a problem?

DMS Topline Medical will repair or replace equipment at no-charge for warranty repair items and we can assist with repair parts and/or technical support for items not currently covered by a warranty. In addition, DMS Topline Medical may be able to provide fee-for-service repairs, depending on the product - whether the equipment was bought by Topline Medical or not. Ask your DMS Topline Medical sales representative for additional information regarding repairs.

Ordering / Methods of Payment

How do I place an order with DMS Topline Medical?

Existing customers with approved credit accounts can submit a Purchase Order to DMS Topline Medical via phone, fax or e-mail. International customers can place their orders via phone, fax, or e-mail method, but no shipments can be made until payment for the order is received. New customers should contact a DMS Topline Medical representative.

Credit accounts can be established by submitting a completed copy of Credit Application Form, or an accepted credit reference letter with credit, banking, and trade references; and financial or administrative signature included.

What type of payment does DMS Topline Medical accept?

New and existing customers can place their order with DMS Topline Medical via Visa or MasterCard credit card, or through approved credit accounts, for all domestic shipments delivered within the U.S. Company check or certified check payments and C.O.D. shipments are also available.

Canadian customers may make payment-in-advance via wire-transfer, company check, or approved Visa or MasterCard credit card method. International customers can place their orders via phone, fax, or e-mail method, but no shipments can be made until payment for the order is received. Wire-transfer of funds, or other certified payment method must be received before orders are shipped.

Credit accounts can be established by submitting a completed copy of Credit Application Form, or an accepted credit reference letter with credit, banking, and trade references; and financial or administrative signature included.

Sales tax is charged on all domestic orders, unless a current tax-exempt or resale certificate is provided.
All payments are to be made in U.S. dollars.

How long does it take to receive equipment once an order has been placed?

DMS Topline Medical maintains a large inventory of equipment and parts allowing for orders to be shipped in a short period of time - often times the same day the order is placed. Some equipment types and multiple-unit sales may take additional time to ship, in order to allow DMS Topline Medical the necessary time to properly clean, test, accessorize and prepare the items for shipment. Customers have come to rely on the quality of DMS Topline Medical's equipment, parts, and service, and understand the need to take the proper amount of time to prepare the item(s) so there are no surprises when the product is received. DMS Topline Medical wants to earn your business by being the best, not just the fastest provider of equipment. DMS Topline Medical utilizes common shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, blanket-wrap van lines, LTL truck shipments, Hot-Shot delivery services and most similar shipping providers.
