Doug Holmberg
Executive Vice President of Operations
Doug was promoted to EVP of Operations in 2009 to oversee the improvements in the quality of clinical and technical services, and the increase of operational efficiencies. He previously was a Regional Vice President, where he directed the regional management team in the development, delivery, promotion and financial aspects of his respective region’s operations of mobile diagnostic imaging services. Doug joined DMS in 2001 when the acquisition of Nuclear Imaging, LLC/PET Imaging LLC took place. As general manager of Nuclear Imaging/PET Imaging, Doug was responsible for all sales and operations for both companies.
Doug received his Master of Divinity from North Park Theological Seminary and his Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Since joining DMS, he graduated from Otter Tail Corporation’s Accelerated Leadership Program.
Paul Wilson
Chief Executive Officer
Paul was appointed DMS CEO in 2006. As CEO, he confers with executives to plan business objectives, develop organizational policies, coordinate functions and operations between divisions and departments and establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining operational, growth and people objectives. Paul previously was the CEO at Innovis Health in Fargo, where he was responsible for overall operations and strategic planning at the 74-bed acute-care hospital. Prior to Innovis, he was Vice President of Operations at Banner Health System in Fargo, one of the nation's largest multi-hospital companies. At Banner, he oversaw operations at 11 acute-care hospitals and 12 clinics across six states, ranging from Alaska to Arizona. He also has held administrator roles at hospitals in New Mexico, Kansas and Nebraska.
Paul received his Master's in Hospital Administration from the University of Minnesota, St. Paul. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the appointed regent for ACHE in North Dakota.
Stacie Heiden
Chief Financial Officer
Stacie joined DMS as the CFO in 2006. She develops plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives; creates the structure and processes necessary to manage the organization's current activities and its projected growth; and analyzes operational issues impacting specific departments within DMS to determine their financial impact. Prior to joining DMS, Stacie had extensive experience in healthcare finance including CFO at Innovis Health in Fargo where she oversaw all financial functions of the hospital. She also served as Operations Finance Director of community operations at Banner Health System; she was responsible for fiscal operations for Banner’s hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, home health agencies and diagnostic medical equipment.
Stacie received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with a minor in music, from North Dakota State University, Fargo. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
