Medical Equipment and Parts Return Policy
Warranty
Warranty claims require a valid RMA (return material authorization) number. Requests must be made within 3 days of the warranty expiration. A warranty RMA will only be issued if a replacement has been ordered. The replacement part will carry the balance of the warranty of the original part. In the event we do not have a suitable replacement part, full or prorated credit will be issued upon return and inspection of the part.
DOA (Dead on arrival)
DOA parts must be claimed by requesting an RMA within 3 working days of arrival of the part at your facility. A replacement must be ordered at the time of the claim. If a replacement is not available DMS Topline Medical will issue full credit, to include shipping, upon receipt and inspection of the returned part. If the part is determined not to be defective, the standard restocking fees will apply.
Restock Policy
DMS Topline Medical allows the restocking of parts up to 10 days from the original date of shipment. No restock credit will be issued for parts with a purchase price of $50.00 or less.
Restocking Fees: 25%
- Parts will be inspected upon return and no credit will be issued for parts where there is evidence of serial number or warranty void sticker tampering, physical damage or apparent electrical or component repair damage.
- All parts returns must be shipped prepaid along with the RMA form within 5 working days of an issued RMA to (for Biomedical and Ultrasound parts):
